How to Face Your Financial Fears to Make Your Exit | Black Women & Toxic Jobs

Are financial fears leaving you feeling stuck in a toxic job?

If so, you're not alone. This is one of the main reasons that we can start to feel enchained to a job, even if it is draining us mentally, physically, and emotionally.

I want you to know that you can take your power back by addressing your financial fears step-by-step over time as you begin to plan your exit from a toxic job. (Remember, you're working on your timeline, no one else's.)

I personally worked with Dr. Rosché, Financial Psychologist, to help me make my financial exit plan from a toxic job I left over 2 years ago at this point until I was ready to liberate myself from the toxicity.

A toxic job is not the only way to bring in income.

If you missed my discussion yesterday with Dr. Rosché for my weekly Sunday LIVE on my YouTube channel, watch the replay below for helpful tips on how to get your money ready to leave a toxic job. ⬇️

Need Help Facing Your Financial Fears? 💸

Dr. Rosché and I are excited to announce that we will be hosting a 2025 Financial Masterclass to kickoff the new year on January 8th and 9th.

If your financial fears feel too big too face alone, come make your financial exit plan with us in community with other Black Women.

Here is what an attendee at this year's Masterclass said:

"Before the masterclass, I could not envision my future. I was so surprised when asked to write down my financial vision how easy it was to envision what my new life could be. Getting a new higher paying job, moving to another state, starting a business, and being in a healthy new relationship. What a motivation to change! It sparked a light in me." - Miss H.
