Now the time is to investigate further the psychological benefits rendered by the lifestyle of fitness!

 

  1. Power-packed Personality 

The most conspicuous advantage rendered by regular exercising, and the one needing no elaboration, is the peremptory physique. 

Gaining good shape not only makes you feel more energetic but creates a better influence among all those around you. An energetic persona is deemed more credible by all, and this is a great competitive advantage today!

2. Motivated Teams

The responsibilities of a CXO are always endless! They not only have to make better decisions but also have to energize and motivate their teams to align them with the organizational goals. 

But how can one energize & motivate various teams when one is not in the pink of health? 

Always keep in mind that leading by your own example is the best way to lead. One has no right to preach what one can't practice. 

When the CXO is in the most energetic state then the teams are automatically electrified with CXO’s charm. That’s how effective CXOs first establish their authority and then the ripple effect improves the organizational numbers.

Self-confidence is a product of what we believe in and what we actively set out to achieve. 

When one feels better physically, the effects are witnessed on the mental level as well. Dopamine and serotonin release make one feel good and balance the circadian cycle.

The better mood one gain gives the fit person more confidence in oneself, and a sense of conviction in all endeavors.

Regular exercising, or sporty performance, feed your brain with the 'nutrients' it needs and a fair amount of oxygen. This translates to better cognitive functions.

And for the CXOs it translates into a more authoritative and strong personality.

Whether one is engaged in sports or is simply exercising at the gym- all such activities are related to goal setting and achieving them. Such a routine makes one more focused on the goals and pushing the limits to accomplish them.
