How to get strong testimonials for your business
You want some strong testimonials from your happy clients?
Here's a simple - and powerful - framework you can use.
It works whether you personally interview your clients, or ask them to do it themselves.
Have your happy client talk about three things:
1) Talk about BEFORE:
What was going on that led them to start working with you?
Have them talk about the problems they had and didn't want / the results they wanted and didn't have.
2) Talk about DURING:
What was / is it like working with us?
Ask them to talk about the points your ideal potential clients care about most.
For example, for us, it would be the personal, customized attention we give every client. And the uniquely clear and insightful training.
What would that be for your business?
3) Talk about AFTER:
What has changed as a result of getting our help? How has your problem been solved? How has the result you wanted been achieved?
For ALL of these, guide them to be as specific as possible.
