While it can be discouraging, it’s important to remember that slow periods are often signals, not setbacks. They allow us to reflect, realign, and reinvigorate. If your business has been sluggish lately, it’s time to shift gears.

Here are some practical strategies that have worked for me in turning around slow-moving businesses:
