How Gousto ‘Powers Up’ Employee Growth

I am thrilled to share an exciting initiative at Gousto: Power Up. As a company deeply committed to fostering growth and nurturing talent, we are proud to have launched this latest learning program earlier this year.

What is Power Up?

Power Up is a six-month learning initiative crafted to develop six core ‘power’ skills: Self Awareness, Growth Mindset, Collaboration, Allyship, Building Energy & Resilience, and Critical Thinking. These skills are not just words for us; they embody our Ownership Principles and are a key part of our culture.

How it Works

At the heart of Power Up lies our dedication to quality learning. Each skill is explored through a combination of pre-readings, engaging seminars, and round table discussions. What sets Power Up apart is its emphasis on in-person collaboration. Our seminars and discussions take place onsite in London, fostering cross-functional engagement and enriching peer learning experiences.

First Cohort Before Expanding Next Year

In April of this year, we welcomed our inaugural cohort. This group delved deep into the program's content. Their feedback and insights are invaluable as we prepare to extend this opportunity to all employees in 2024.
