Issue 5: Investment Rants With The Viral Author
Oh yes! It's been a while since I last wrote a letter. Tell you what, I have been busy making money! 😂🤣😂
Don't worry. You'll have a clue of how much I made in the last month and what my plans are going forward.
So, actually, I'm not supposed to say this but I know you missed these letters, or didn't you?
I have been at a lot of growth lately. See, it's really a hard thing to be intentional about anything and everything.
This rant series is just one of the things I have to be intentional about -- I mean, it's me taking myself on a journey, whilst leading others like you of course, to financial supremacy and making enough time to create wealth that'll last us for generations, right?
However, I shouldn't be only intentional about my finances -- and, I must be honest, I am not impressed by the commitment I make to my finances yet because I still find it hard to justify a transactional spending kissing a million naira in 2022 alone and a savings barely 50,000 NGN. Like, I don't get, what am I doing wrong?
Don't worry, before I crack the code, let me vent about this too.
There are various things a man is also left to worry about.
The point is, I have been doing a lot of questioning. I have been met with a lot of scrutiny. And most of these were internal however, they were duly influenced by external things like when I got to learn about SEC and when an uncle called to demoralized me recently. March was great.
So, let's go back to how I made 10,000,000 NGN last month.
As a businessman that I am, I have a number of prospects for my various offerings and services and I made an estimation, very realistic one that was based on my so called worse-case scenarios, and I decided that the month of March would produce me ten million naira and more.
Well, if you have been following what I am doing with Denu's Money Circle, you'll know that I save 10% of all my earnings to raise as slaves of money that will be used as the seed from which my wealth would be built so that I have money always to be able to hop on investment opportunities that are profiting and in view of compound interest.
I was able to save 30,000 NGN in my slaves wallet in the month of March. Wait! It means I paid a cumulative tithe of 30,000 NGN in March alone to God. Hmmm, makes sense. I think I want more of this, Let's pay 100,000 NGN in tithe this month and do some thousands more in offering. Jehovah Jireh continues to pour out a blessing.

It means that I didn't make any 10,000,000 NGN and the sad thing was I had planned how the money would be spent.
So, while I was away, I think one important lesson I learnt is;
Don't count your chicks before the eggs hatch.
Thanks to Osinachi Akanegbu for the immersion at the April 1st event we held at Denu's Money Circle. She said, and I quote:
Save 70% of your income. You're still young! You have no family depending on you.
Well, that may be pretty hard on you, I know but you can decide to join Denu's Money Circle and have all of us help you to be intentional about the way you are building your wealth.
We still strictly follow our 10-10-10-70% rule where first 10 goes to God as tithe, next goes to our emergency savings and the next goes to our "slaves of money" also called the money we pay ourselves or the money we set aside to use for investment. You'll understand it better in our member's handbook. Click here, it takes you straight to my WhatsApp where you'll be able to tell me you are interested in being a part of the circle. I'll add you to the circle immediately!
Yet, we're now saying that out of the 70% previously dedicated to spending, you should still save more especially if you are still living with your parents.
Anyways, we now are planning to hold classes every Friday, I hope you won't miss the next one?
Oh, just remembered that you are still looking for how I made 10 million naira last month🤦♂️.
It's the month of April and I wish you a "full" purse.
Now, you get it?😂
Okay, check the header flyer again 👩🦯
