Dr. James Thomas Unfortunately, the illustrations of people centric leaders with empathy are grossly incorrect with prominent failures of Satya Nadella and Chandrasekharan! Other names mentioned in the newsletter have also failed miserably. KEY FEATURES OF INSPIRATIONAL LEADERSHIP A. PURPOSE OF A HIGHER ORDER that galvanizes the critical mass of the organization to be riveted to the objectives that are essentially beyond the parochial needs of revenues, profitability and growth. B. SUBLIMATION AS AN ORGANISATIONAL CHARACTER peoples processes see revolutionary changes with SUBLIMATION as the binding theme. Generations work for the cause and the organisational goals with pride and radiance of beauty. They sublimate themselves for the common weal! C. LEGACY OF EXCELLENCE amid personal choices and sacrifices beyond human capacities This is the foundational aspect for illustrative leadership to drive endeavours for lasting success.
