1 – Strategic project and portfolio management
The first module focuses on Project Portfolio Management (PPM), aligning corporate strategy with portfolio and project management, prioritization and resource allocation decisions.

3 – Supervision and advanced project technology
In the last module, you will learn about software tools for PMO operations and global best practices for managing priorities, allocating resources and managing project portfolios.
You will also learn how to take advantage of technology to streamline project supervision, monitoring and control and reporting within the PMO structure, as well as how to implement performance measurement systems and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for effective project supervision, leadership and decision-making.
