How to improve your work-life balance
Nobody puts 'I wish I spent more time in the office' on their headstone. That's why there's no time like the present to ensure you have a good work-life balance. Read on to discover some tips and tricks that will leave you feeling more energised and focused on what matters most to you.
Try these 3 quick tips to improve and maintain a healthy work-life balance
1. Schedule personal time into your diary (e.g. go to the gym at 5pm). It's more likely to happen if it's in the diary
2. Give yourself time to think. Stop and make a cuppa. Walk around the block. Look out the window.
3. Ask your partner what your work-life balance is like. Give them permission to be honest. Could it be different?
