How to inspect the quality of glass bottles?

As one of the Shandong glass bottle manufacturers engaged in the production and development of glass wine bottles, teach you how to check and accept the goods from the perspective of the manufacturer?

(1) Observe whether the glass wine bottle is smooth, whether there are bubbles, impurities, cracks, and stains.

(2) Observe whether the mouth of the bottle has protrusions or sinks, whether the bottle body is deformed, and the bottom of the bottle has no protrusions, etc.; and measure the flatness of the bottle mouth, put the glass wine bottle upside down on the plate, and place it on the bottle mouth. Select three uniform points and measure the maximum value of the gap between the bottle mouth and the glass with a feeler gauge, which is the unevenness of the mouth plane. 314ml bottle mouth flatness ≤0.3mm; 720ml bottle mouth flatness ≤0.4mm;

(3) Observe whether the bottle seam is intact, whether there are joint errors, joint cracks, and thick joints.

(4) Measure the outer diameter of the bottle mouth, use a vernier caliper to measure at the sealing ring of the bottle mouth (should deviate from the seam line), rotate 180° to measure the large and small values, and the average value is the bottle mouth outer diameter, and the large and small values are both Within the specified range, otherwise it is a flat mouth. 314ml bottle mouth outer diameter range: 58.9±0.45mm; 720ml bottle mouth outer diameter range: 72.5±0.45mm.

(5) Check whether the thread of the glass wine bottle is even, whether there is any thread breakage, deficiency, deformation, etc.
