How LineLeader Supports Growth for Our Rising Stars Within the Organization

Hello, everyone! My name is Jessica, but most people call me Jess.  

I began my journey with MomentPath in September 2022 (just a month before ChildcareCRM acquired our company!). Before diving into the world of software and customer success, I had a fulfilling career in fitness as a personal trainer. My passion for teaching people to be active and healthy guided my path. 

Joining MomentPath and My Transition to LineLeader 

I vividly remember interviewing at MomentPath in August 2022 and how thrilled I was when I got the call with my offer.  

At MomentPath, I was part of a small, tight-knit 6-person team. We all wore many hats, which allowed me to experience a variety of roles and responsibilities but I particularly enjoyed interacting with our customers. 

Only a month after I joined, the team got the news that we would be transitioning to join LineLeader by ChildcareCRM. This was a significant career shift for me. And it was full of excitement, driven by my love for teaching and caring for others! 

And for the last two years, as a Senior Professional Services Specialist at LineLeader - I have been able to combine my passions for software and education/training in a role that suits me perfectly. 

My New Position in Customer Success  

Although I have loved helping our users get familiar with the LineLeader system, onboarding and training them and their staff, after they first join the LineLeader flock... I am eager to step into my new position: Senior Customer Success Advocate! 

One of the aspects I am most excited about is the opportunity to build long-term relationships with our customers. By maintaining ongoing communication and support, I can ensure they continue to thrive and achieve their goals. 

It's incredibly rewarding to see the tangible impact of our solutions on their daily operations and overall success. 

Imogen Shelton, Head of Services & Success, has witnessed firsthand the remarkable growth and dedication Jess has shown throughout her journey.

My Passion for Early Childhood Education (ECE) and Our Customers 

Being a part of children's growth through LineLeader is incredibly rewarding. Every customer interaction is filled with dedication and enthusiasm for early education. 

It's a privilege to work with individuals who are so deeply passionate about their roles and the positive impact they have on young lives. 

Seeing the positive changes our tools bring to classrooms and childcare centers is truly fulfilling. It reinforces my belief in the importance of our work and motivates me to continuously strive for excellence in supporting our customers. 

Final Thoughts on My Career Growth at LineLeader 

My journey from MomentPath to LineLeader, and now to this new role is a testament to the opportunities available within our organization. 

Currently, the LineLeader People team is working on a career pathing program which is designed to support our employees in their career journeys by providing continuous learning and development opportunities, mentorship and guidance, and personalized career path planning.
