How to Move a Tenant Out of a Property Without Causing Too Much Backlash?
Let’s face it, welcoming a new tenant is akin to experiencing a honeymoon period, but the hardest part usually arises when you need to remove a tenant from your property. I think it’s definitely one of the top three most stressful moments in the life of a property manager.

Although most tenants are great, friction during move-out is almost inevitable. However, if you follow these steps correctly, the move-out process with your tenant can be much smoother:
1. Start with the Tenancy Contract: Be specific about what you expect from tenants upon move-out. It’s standard to ask tenants to restore the property to its original condition, but this often proves too vague.
