How Much??!!??
How does £30,000 sound? That`s Thirty Thousand Pounds. Sounds good doesn't it.
What about £60,000 or £75,000?
If you were saving that amount of money over the next 15 years would it be a worthwhile saving?
If you have a mortgage on a Standard Variable Rate you could now be paying an interest rate of 3.99% depending on your lender. It could even be higher.
There are currently new mortgages available at rates starting from as little as 1.99% for example.
You could be making a significant saving, the fact is until you have your finances checked you just dont know. There might not be a facility that suits you, you may not qualify for the very best rates and you may already have the best rate available. But you dont KNOW until you find out.
The best thing is that it costs you nothing to find out. If there isn't anything better, cheaper or more suitable then you've lost nothing and its cost you nothing.
The figures above are what could be saved. You might save more you might save less or you might save nothing at all but you will KNOW.
Give me a call and after a full factfind and collaborative discussion we can talk about your needs, your circumstances and your best ways forward.
