1wAttention to Edustation and Everyone Reading This: I want to share my experience to caution others about Edustation. I enrolled in their Artificial Intelligence course in August, paying ₹4,580 in total. Despite following up for months, the course never started. Employees delayed responses, ignored me, and some even blocked me. Frustrated, I filed a Cyber Crime complaint in September. Their HR, Mohsin, apologized and convinced me to withdraw the complaint, promising resolution—but nothing was delivered. Their original policy allowed refunds if services weren’t provided within 15 days. Yet, they denied my refund request and later changed their website policies to “no refunds,” which is completely unethical. If you’re considering Edustation, think twice. They take payments, fail to deliver, and dodge accountability. Edustation, honor your commitments and issue my ₹4,580 refund immediately. I have all proofs and will escalate further if needed.
