How to operate a wireless electronic crane scale

Electronic crane scales have been used in many industries. What should we do to enable electronic crane scales to be used normally?

1.Preparations before using the electronic crane scale

Please place the electronic scale on a stable and flat table or floor. Do not place it on a table or stand with unstable vibrations. Avoid places with excessive temperature changes or severe air flow, such as direct sunlight or air outlets.

2.Use independent power sockets to avoid interference from other electrical appliances

1) Adjust the adjusting feet of the electronic scale to make the scale stable and the bubble in the level meter is in the center of the circle

2) When the power is turned on, do not place items on the weighing pan, heat up the machine for more than 15 minutes before use (high precision scales must be longer)

3:Avoid using in high temperature environments, usually in a dry and ventilated environment. Generally, it is enough to charge for about 12 hours (not too long), so that the electronic scale has a stable working voltage and improves the accuracy of weighing.If you accidentally get wet, wipe it with a dry cloth. When the machine is not functioning properly, send it for repair as soon as possible

5.The electronic scale senses the external gravity by the load cell, and then transmits the converted electrical signal to the electronic circuit. Don't use excessive force when weighing, especially for small weighing scales. The weighed items should be handled with care to avoid damage to the sensor.

Precautions for using electronic crane scale

1) It is strictly forbidden to rain or rinse with water. If it is accidentally exposed to water, wipe it with a dry cloth. When the machine is not functioning properly, it should be repaired as soon as possible

3) Do not place in high temperature and humid environment (except for special waterproof anti-corrosion scale)

4) Do not let cockroaches or small creatures invade the machine to avoid damage

5) If the electronic scale is not used for a long time, the machine must be wiped clean, put in a desiccant and wrapped in a plastic bag, and the dry battery should be taken out if it is used. When using a rechargeable battery, it should be charged once every three months to ensure the service life

Regular calibration

1) To maintain the accuracy of the scale, it should be calibrated at least once a year;

2) The calibration method can be entrusted to a reputable scale shop, laboratory or government verification unit to implement.
