How optimistic are you will determine your future
A famous writer was in his study room. He picked up his pen and started writing. Last year, I had a surgery and my gall bladder was removed. I had to stay stuck to the bed due to this surgery for a long time. The same year I reached the age of 60 years and had to give up my favourite job. I had spent 30 years of my life in this publishing company. The same year I experienced the sorrow of the death of my father. And in the same year my son failed in his medical exam because he had a car accident. He had to stay in bed at hospital with the cast on for several days. The destruction of car was another loss. At the end he wrote: Oh God! It was such bad year !!
When the writer’s wife entered the room, she found her husband looking sad & lost in his thoughts. From behind his back she read what was written on the paper. She left the room silently and came back with another paper and placed it on side of her husband’s writing. When the writer saw this paper, he found his name written on it with following lines : Last year I finally got rid of my gall bladder due to which I had spent years in pain. Now, I turned 60 with sound health and got retired from my job. Now I can utilize my time to write something better with more focus and peace. The same year my father, at the age of 95, without depending on anyone or without any critical condition met his Creator.
The same year, God blessed my son with a new life. My car was destroyed but my son stayed alive without getting any disability. At the end she wrote: This year was an immense blessing of God and it passed well !!! The writer was indeed happy and amazed at such beautiful and encouraging interpretation of the happenings in his life in that year !!!
Let’s check out a few points that will check whether you are an optimistic person. Learn from the past: It is often ignored as nobody considers discussing the past today. But what happened in the past may teach you how to live in that scene. Learning good things from the past makes you do good things. Decisiveness will take willful actions for yourself and others. Decision-making is also a positive attribute of a person towards self-awareness and self-consciousness. Make knowledge of valid assumptions and possible consequences.
Take care of yourself: If you are a family person, you might take care of your family members often. But have you taken care of yourself instead of others? In bad situations, you are the closest person you are with. Make your experience positive enough, so that in a bad situation they could let you find the best way. The point is to take care of yourself, not only of others. See the good things around you. Appreciate the good and criticize the bad.
Patience: Patience is a much more powerful tool than you might think. Keep patience for something and look ahead to that. Analyzing whether the patience for that is worth it. Time is wealth? Is this true? Yes. Only if used in haste. Keep telling yourself, in the current time, what can I do, so it will increase my productivity or may help you later.

Environment: Are you living in a complicated environment? Surrounded by fake diplomats? If your answer is yes, get rid of it as soon as possible. Keep yourself among good people. If you are the best person in the group, you are in the wrong group. Mistakes: The one who ignores the mistakes is more likely to make the same mistake again. Analyze yourself, what was wrong with that? Oh, I should have taken this decision or the other.
We know everyone has ups and down in their lives, but rather than complaining or being stressed about them we all should fight it with a positive mind . Say ‘what will you do to me' to the problem and fight with it to defeat it and I have some tricks which helped me to overcome negativity and I hope it might help you also. Practice meditation every morning just pinch out 10 mins from the day and sit in a quiet place to practice it. Do some yogic shavasan. Breathing in-out, om mantras.
Try to keep smiling and stay away from those toxic negative minded people for spreading happiness. Negative people will often willingly drag you to their state and will induce a negative charge on you. The best part is you have to adapt a positive approach to accomplish it just start at this moment. As any other human being though, I have ups and downs as a part of life. Every down moment is a chance to learn and grow, and be grateful for those down moments. Think about them, learn from them, and move on.
Positivity, happiness, and confidence are all interrelated and the choice is yours as to whether you decide to have it, work on it, and make it a habit. Practice being grateful. Start by writing down three things you’re thankful for every day. Then start writing thank you notes to people. Surround yourself with positive people. Gracefully end connections with whiners and complainers.
While you may feel good about being their psychiatrist and coach, over the long haul, they’re sucking your positive energy. Positive people will motivate you. Love yourself. You are a unique, and special person. Do not compare yourself to others because you do not know their real story. Love who you were, who you are, and who you want to be. Cheers!
