1. Select KODA model and project scope
At this stage you need to choose the size, equipment and number of your preferred KODA houses. You also need to liaise with your local government for a permit. We assume you already have access to your land (rented or ownership).
2. Offer and estimate
Once we receive enough info about your project and lot, we can compose a quick test fit, your personalised KODA offer and cost estimate.
3. Engineering
We need to liaise close with you to ensure the KODA corresponds to your building regulations. At this stage, certain features can be changed to fit. Revision of the offer may be required.
4. KODA Production
Kodasema produces the houses specifically for your project and ships to the project site a wrapped KODA turnkey on a platform. We ship out of Europe internationally.
5. Installation
Site preparation (supports for your KODA) is done by a local contractor. We give drawings. The connection to water, sewage and electricity is done by a local contractor.
