How To Reignite Your Passion & Live The Life You Truly Desire
When you think about your current lifestyle, like the job you have or your daily routine, how do you feel about it?
Are you in a constant state of motion without any… emotion behind it?
Unfortunately, we all have to work. We have bills, people relying on us, and things we need to do every day but who said work had to be boring or overwhelming?
What if I told you there was a way for you to live the life you truly desire by reigniting your passion doing the things you love to do?
You started your career because you love being challenged, you loved showing off your skills, and were excited about all of the growth and opportunities that were knocking at your door.
If you aren’t ready or willing to open it, we’ve got some work to do.
This phase of murky, unmotivated waters reminds me of a client I worked with a couple of years ago. We’ll call her Disinterested Debbie.
Disinterested Debbie was forever overthinking every path and avenue that could be possible on her journey. She was also bogged down by everything in her life that was holding her back from making a final decision and moving forward. The epitome of being stuck.
She was in one role for 17 years but realized she had just been going through the motions. Sound familiar?
Once we started working together, we hit the ground running. We were able to create a roadmap of her life, lay out everything she had already accomplished, and figured out what she actually loved to do. Only then was Disinterested Debbie able to see clearly what was possible and the exact steps she needed to take to start important conversations in order to explore new paths and income streams in her life.
Disinterested Debbie became Driven Debbie, with a fire lit inside of her. She is now working on multiple client projects and increasing her business and visibility. She’s raised her prices and is looking to start her own LLC. #BIGGOALS
If you haven’t done this already, the first step to reigniting your passion is by conducting a little self-assessment project on yourself.

My approach to coaching is deep-seated in realizing your greatest potential. It’s a journey that includes taking care of your mind, body, and soul. Here are some super common questions to help you gain clarity around what coaching is and what it can help you do.
Some Coaching FAQ's..
What is coaching?
Coaching is a professional relationship that enables a client to move forward in their work or business with greater clarity, focus, momentum, and success. Coaching guides you to finding and creating your own answers. The ultimate goal of coaching is to create more awareness, motivation, and confidence in your life actions.
Is there a difference between coaching, consulting, and therapy?
Coaching is not therapy or consulting. Coaching focuses on the present and the future of your life, career, or business…not the past. A coach is not a therapist, a psychologist, or a counselor delving into the past, diagnosing, and/or applying learned techniques for a particular mental or behavioral need. A Coach focuses on the who of a person, and not the what. Coaching allows a person to discover what they need to do versus accepting advice.
How does coaching work?
Goal setting and accountability are only some parts of coaching. Coaching is a process. Using my METHOD, I am trained to deliver the process with confidence and ability, ensuring that you get results from every session worthy of the investment you are making. As you do the work on yourself that we establish during our initial sessions, I continue to guide you through them, asking direct questions to create those A-Ha moments and breakthroughs. This allows you to see things from a different perspective in order to execute the changes you wish to make in your life.
If you’re a client running a business or a team looking for an executive leadership recruiter or to level up the talent in your organization, I’ve got you covered there too!
