Starbucks Chairman and CEO Howard Schultz this weekend formally steps back from the CEO job for the second time in his career. On Monday, he will become executive chairman, and turn over day-to-day operations to Kevin Johnson, a former Microsoft executive and CEO of Juniper Networks whom Schultz recruited to be his successor.
