How to Steal Your Competitor's Talent and Make Them Your Own

It's so darn easy today to steal talent. Why? Because company departure lounges are overflowing with employees waiting for the next flight out. All it takes is one last call from you and they are yours for the asking.

Now before you go posting remarks telling me this is unethical, I ask you to consider the following. If an employee is no longer happy in his current job, then aren't you doing his employer a favor by taking him off of their hands? And if the employee you are seeking is content where they are, then perhaps they know of someone else who would be leap at the opportunity to work for a company like yours. However, if you don't reach out to these people, you'll never know.

I just wrote an executive briefing titled, Poaching Talent: The Unauthorized Guide to Capturing Your Competitor's Top Talent While Safeguarding Your Own. A ton of people have already asked me for the report. For your sake, let's hope these people don't work for your competition. Reach out to me today at Roberta@matusonconsulting.com, for a copy, before it goes into general circulation.

This topic is so compelling, that I'm offering a select few the opportunity to learn how to poach talent. I'll come to your workplace and teach your people (in less than three hours) how to master the art of poaching, while protecting your own. Ideally, we'll do this in January or February, to ensure you are fully staffed by the end of the first quarter. This is an opportunity you don't want to miss. Call me now or wait until more of your people are poached. I'll leave that choice up to you.
