Also, from *Ikigai*, aligning your work with your purpose can provide a sense of fulfillment that combats burnout. When work feels meaningful, it’s easier to maintain energy and focus. Finally, understanding cognitive biases from *Thinking, Fast and Slow* can help in recognizing when you're pushing too hard. By being aware of these biases, you can make better decisions about when to step back and take care of yourself and your team.
