Over the past two years, from working with senior leadership groups across the country, I’ve noticed it’s become harder and harder for leadership teams to develop stronger relationships with each other and create high levels of alignment. Senior leaders are increasingly perplexed with the hyper level of activity in their organisations, resulting in "transactional" prioritised over "relational".
