How To Use Gratitude To Create Your Desires

The secret ingredient to success, happiness, and your ability to create what your heart desires start, is nothing other than the gratitude you feel within your heart. Gratitude is what allows you to align yourself on an energetic level with all your desires, and even the desires you have yet realized you have.

Gratitude is the magic that moves mountains, which creates the seemingly impossible into the many possibilities available to you.

Have you ever noticed that when something good happens, and you start feeling this deep gratitude and appreciation for what you have achieved, then all of a sudden more good things start to happen and come your way? Maybe it even happened like magic…

That is the power of gratitude. When you fill your heart with deep gratitude for the things you desire but not yet have, you energetically align yourself to the wonder of abundance, you open the gates to receive even more to be grateful for.

However, there is a flip side to this magic that creates. If you are in lack, if you want something so badly, you can’t think of anything else but to want what you don’t yet have. If you do so out of lack, and the energy of not having it yet, and not moving any further to acquire the very thing you desire, you close the gates of allowing.

Gratitude is a powerful feeling that can move mountains, but it not only assist you in creating your desires, gratitude has many benefits such as:

When you feel gratitude, appreciation for all that you have, and even gratitude for what is coming your way, you automatically shift your vibration into higher frequencies.

According to the Law of Attraction, in order to attract what you desire, you must become an energetic match to the things you desire to manifest. The way to do so is through gratitude.

When you tune into your heart, and you teach your body what it feels like to be grateful, you will raise your vibration and eventually become a magnet to all the good things life has in store for you.

Besides the fact that gratitude will increase your vibration and frequency, feeling immense gratitude will also affect your overall well-being. When you are feeling grateful, there is no room to feel lack, frustration, stress, or anger. Gratitude cancels out any negative emotions because gratitude is love, it is abundance, it is heart-warming.

When was the last time you stopped to look around, and see the beauty that is all around you? Or felt grateful for all the amazing people in your life, even those who have only been part of your life for a short time? Or noticed all the things you have accomplished?

We are often so busy that we take things for granted. We take for granted all the effort we are putting into growing our business, the effort we put into building relationships, working on ourselves to become better, taking the necessary steps to move forward, and even those who are there to support us on our journey.

It is so easy to tune into the energy of gratitude, to think about the good things in life, but too often we focus on the opposite. You may spend more time focusing on all the things that are not going so well, the clients you don’t have, the income you don’t have, the impact you are not making, the projects that haven’t played out so well, and all sorts of things that keep you in the energy of lack, limitation, and most of all, stuck in the past.

All these negative emotions, the thoughts you have, the feelings that keep sneaking up on you are the result of focusing most of your attention on the past or worrying about the future, and you are missing the beauty and serenity of the present moment. In the present moment, you can tune into the energy of gratitude, of letting go of the past, of releasing the future, and simply honor how you are feeling in the present moment.

To be present, you must first notice when you are not. Notice when your thoughts have wandered, which caused you to feel misaligned, worried, stressed, overwhelmed, and maybe even fearful. To return to the present moment, and to release the negative ties to the past and the future, focus on gratitude. The gratitude you can feel in the present moment will allow you to forgive the past, as you no longer can change what has happened. It also gives you the power to positively affect the future by tuning into the energy of gratitude, of feeling grateful for the future you have yet created but is just waiting for you to align yourself with.

Gratitude allows you to align yourself with the future you desire, rather than the future you create in your mind that is of lack and limitation.

To start a daily gratitude practice, or infuse gratitude into your daily life, you may consider the following:

Start your day with a few minutes of gratitude. Take your journal and write for about five minutes, what you are grateful for. This can be as simple as being grateful for having legs to walk, being able to breathe, and see. Being grateful that you always have food on the table, even the impact you get to make through your work. It is often those small things that matter the most, that we also often take for granted. After a few minutes of writing, you then may tune into the energy of gratitude. Allow yourself to feel grateful, teach your body what it feels like to be grateful, to be thankful for life. The more you can tune into the energy of gratitude, eventually, it will become your natural state of being.

Write down your daily wins at the end of each day. Often, we don’t realize how many wins we have had throughout the day, we take things for granted, and all the things that did go well go unnoticed. Start by looking at your day from a different perspective, look at the things that did go well, don’t just look for the big wins, the wins that make you jump up and down out of joy. But look at the smaller things as well, such as getting up on time, meditating even though you were running late, being calm when someone pushed your buttons, etc. These things may seem small and insignificant, but they too are wins that shouldn’t go unnoticed. Review your wins, especially when you are having a bad day, to remind yourself, you have lots to be grateful for.

These two strategies, as simple as they may seem, are very powerful and can transform your life. Make it a habit to tune into gratitude, to write down your wins, and to review them often. Allow yourself to be swept away by the positive energy of gratitude, by all the wins you do have each and every day and be grateful that you get to experience these wins.

Nothing is as bad as it may seem, there is so much to be grateful for, so much to be in awe about, but we must take the time to tune in, to notice, and to be open to experiencing the wonders of life.

The gratitude you feel within your heart is the essence to your happiness, your success, and you live a life of great joy and fulfillment. Gratitude is not something you focus on, on special occasions, but should be part of every moment of your life. Because this gratitude is the secret ingredient, as you may say, that will allow you to create and experience magical moments in your life.
You may have experienced magical moments in the past, and you may have wondered how it came about. We are here to share with you that through the gratitude you feel about your life, your situation, and your simple beingness, you shift the energy into the energy of allowing, of being a magnet to the wonders, the magic life has in store for you.
However, if you focus on lack, or limitation, on the things you want but not yet have, you are blocking the flow of abundance, of magical experiences, and of the wonders of life.
Allow yourself to become still and tune into the many blessings you are experiencing. This does not mean to only focus on those infrequent things that make your heart skip a beat, but to look closer at the things you experience on a daily basis. It is the small things in life, that if you can feel grateful for, that those bigger desires you have will come about.
Notice the flowers that bloom, the blue sky up above, the smiles you share with others, the loving words you exchanged with those close to you, notice the beauty all around you. All those things you often take for granted deserve your attention.
When you can feel gratitude for the seen, and unseen, even the things that have yet been brought into your awareness, when you allow yourself to be filled with gratitude, and love for life, you will turn on that inner switch to your well-being, your abundance, and your allowing and receiving.
Notice the unnoticed, the things you have taken for granted, because every day you get to open your eyes, breathe in the air that is provided to you, the steps you get to take every day, the things you get to feel and touch, even the things you choose to do, and the actions you decide to take which will take you further along on your path.
No matter how small or insignificant things may seem, they too deserve your awareness, your attention, and most of all your gratitude.
Fill your heart with the love for life, the gratitude to be present, to be alive, to have choices, and to have free will to act upon those choices. There is so much to be in awe about, to be grateful for, as Source, the Universe, God has given you the opportunity to experience heaven on earth if you allow yourself to see and experience the wonders this world has to offer to you.

You may consider, where have you fallen into the trap of being busy, of being distracted by the past, or the future, that you have forgotten to be present at the moment, to be present to see all the beauty that is around you, all the wonders of life, and all the many blessings in your life.
