How the world saw Sanitation in the 1900's.

Did you know that the vacuums of the 1900’s were manually operated? “The Baby Daisy” as they were called, was a manually powered device so there was no need for electricity, or fear of electrocution.
Who knew??🤷🏾♀️
“The Baby Daisy” was operated by two people. One to do the actual vacuuming and the other to use a broomstick to push the vacuum and work a piston like device at the back of the vacuum to create suction.
If you preferred one less tedious, then the foot peddle design was the one for you. And for those who wanted ultra convenience, picture this... There was a rocking chair version 🤯. Can you imagine rocking in a chair and vacuuming at the same time?
It’s good to know that in our lifetime we won’t have to rock, crank, or pump any vacuum to get rid of dust in our homes.
You can just call us at Ladnek to do the dust work for you.
