How your networks & telecoms can support inevitable business change

Businesses see a huge opportunity to enable the changes they are planning by utilising networks and telecoms. These business changes may include new hybrid working models which creates changes in networking requirements from their own employees, as well as improving customer service by providing new ways of accessing people and systems. AT TNC we believe that almost every WAN, LAN, back-office telephony, contact centre, and mobility solution deployed today will need to change in the next 12, 24 or 36 months to address these challenges. So, if there is a huge opportunity and a real need what is stopping organisations from making these changes?

Common challenges we see customers experiencing include a lack of skills and resources available to focus on new technologies such as SD-WAN and Cloud Contact Centres. Suppliers need their customers to answer technical questions and provide detail on requirements and often this is incredibly difficult and requires specialist training. These obligations are often bound within the contracts and failure to provide this input can cause significant delays. Networks, by their very nature, generate the need for a huge amount of data – site information, inventories etc. – and customers often done don’t have a single clean base for data. Sharing this data with the service provider, and others in the supply chain, needs to be based on real time updates and held on collaborative platforms rather than huge MS Excel spreadsheets.  During the deployment and ceasing of old networks this base of data changes significantly and often old circuits aren’t ceased. Tracking these changes and ensuring benefits are delivered as promised back when the contract was signed is very difficult and very dynamic.

The good news is that TNC has developed a service that will help customers with these challenges by avoiding the risks associated with making these changes and ensuring those opportunities are realised. We are your trusted guide because we have the following in place:

  • Technical, commercial & deployment specialists with real life experience of deploying solutions with all the leading vendors.
  • Dedicated processes to capture & validate the required information that customers will be contractually bound to provide.
  • A process to manage any remediation required and build this into the deployment plan.
  • Clarity - a single collaboration platform to streamline the project delivery and live visibility of the project progress.
  • An assurance process ensures that legacy circuits are ceased, and billing is checked and that new circuit costs are billed as per the contract or any relevant change control.

If your organisation is facing changes that impact your network and telecoms TNC is your first port of call to help you navigate them.
