HR Insider | October

We're just a few days away from November. Yes, you read that right!

It's almost the penultimate month of the year and for many, a well-deserved break is within sight. Thoughts will soon turn to end-of-year parties, annual leave, shutdowns and skeleton staffing - another busy period for the HR community.

But as we come into the final few months of 2023, it only feels right to start looking over the horizon at the next 12 months to come. And after so much rapid change for the HR and talent industry, it's fascinating to contemplate the next emerging trends.

That's the theme of this month's HR Insider, bringing you a round-up of interesting content, resources, and events curated for the HR community.

P.s., you may have noticed this month's HR Insider (and ELMO's LinkedIn page) looks a little different.

After two decades with our signature red, white, and blue, ELMO is embracing a bolder colour-set to mirror the big, bold changes within the community we serve.

We hope you like the fresh coat of paint!
