HR Leader of the Year - 2022

Happy to receive the “HR Leader of the Year- 22” award on the behalf of the entire HR team in Ion Exchange as a ‘WINNER’. The last 4 years of continuous efforts, an initiative at Head Office, and seamless implementation by location HR are the core purpose behind winning the HR leader award.  Initiatives like; Sales Incentive Plan ( SIP), Talent Valley, Learn from Each Other, Road 0135, Mentor-Mentee, IPMS, Jal Tarang, Road 0135, HR Manual, New HR Website, Formula One, SIG, and Re-member gave desired results. Ion exchange is full of past glory and proud employees. All our top leaders are well grown from within the organization due to a healthy talent pipeline. There is a positive work culture in the organization with lots of hand-holding for the new joiners.
