Welcome New Chief Solutions Architect: Phil Gallagher
We are pleased to announce the addition of Phil Gallagher to the HT leadership team as Chief Solutions Architect.
Phil joins us after eight years as Product Line Director at Genesys, where he worked with iconic brands migrating CX platforms to the cloud. In the prior 15 years at Sprint, his roles included product management and solutions consulting on federal programs.
