Human Connections Matter
Recently, I’ve taken on the role as President of SAP SuccessFactors. While I’m excited for what’s to come for our business and community of customers, partners, and employees, I’m reflective about the current environment and the world we are operating in today. What I know for sure is, especially in times like these when we are conducting both our personal and professional lives in new and unchartered ways, making real human connections remains crucial to our own well-being, our sense of purpose, and even our productivity. Putting people at the center of everything we do is what human experience management (HXM) is all about, and I’m very proud of the SAP SuccessFactors team for working as hard as they are to help customers make these connections with their people in today’s environment. We will navigate these unprecedented times together.
