Human resource: Moving your organisation rating to gold from bronze
An organisation’s single-largest determinant of its failure or success often hovers around its human resource. Accordingly, for organisation to develop consistently, and at an accelerated pace, the consolidation of its human resource is key. The transitioning of organisations from bronze to gold, or the emersion of an organisation as a stand-out performer, is anchored on having a team that is experienced and stable.
An experienced team do not only do possess solid expertise based on past job experiences but also possess global and future perspectives based on progressive researches- related to their job demands. Because of theses possessions, experienced teams are able to design and implement solid business processes, and culture, for their organisations. These processes are approaches that suitably and sensibly help their organisation in achieving its targets.
A stable team helps to make strong, discipline and repeatable (sustainable), the business processes that have been built and implemented by the experienced managers or team. In other words, stable team helps to maintain organisations’ culture and winning strategies. Low staff turn-over mitigates general and specific concerns of organisations. It also helps to drive stamina of organisations, especially in circumstances like global financial crisis.
Assume the U.S. were an organisation, nothing has been a better pointer to the U.S. impending catastrophe other than the rate at which President Trump’s official and kitchen cabinet members are resigning or getting fired. Already, as reported, seven high ranking officials have departed the U.S. White House. This is a dangerous sign, as it connotes a looming degradation from gold to bronze.
