Job Title: Electrical Engineer III

Duration: 15 Months

Description:

Design, develop, debug, modify, and test electrical circuits and systems used in the development and production of active implantable medical devices. Independently or as a member of a team directs, develops, concepts, and executes specifications, designs, plans, documents, and builds of electrical circuits and systems.

Key Responsibilities

·         Leads or participates on project teams to develop clear specifications, evaluates feasibility of concepts, and provides formal estimates for electrical designs.

·         Documents electrical development by writing procedures, reports, memos, and change requests.

·         Creates electrical/software designs utilizing the departments’ standard development tools and procedures.

·         Prepares standard reports/documentation to communicate status and results

·         Leads project teams that include Designers, Engineers and Technicians in the design, assembly, and debug of equipment.

·         Designs electrical systems and specifies electrical components.

·         Completes FDA/QSR equipment requirements by assisting in the creation of specifications and qualifications.

Qualifications

·         5 - 8 Years with BS, 3 - 6 Years with MS, 0 - 3 Years with PhD

·         Medical Device experience a plus.
