I live and breathe sales and believe I can help you with your sales teams. If you’re currently recruiting salespeople or looking to improve your existing team, my specialism in all things sales can help you.

So, who am I?

I have been selling for 20 years; I have trained salespeople for 12 years; and I have recruited salespeople for 8 years. I’ve written a bestselling book on sales and I host a sales podcast. I read about sales, listen to sales and study sales. I love it! I set up Sales Talent a decade ago to help companies be more successful in their sales operations.

Why speak to me?

As a specialist in sales, I know what great salespeople do and how they sound so I can pick out the ones that can deliver from the ones that only talk a good game. I know how to differentiate between a good telesales person and a good account manager (mostly a mindset difference) and this allows me to not only vet candidates well but to match them well too. Whether you’re struggling to attract good applications or you’re drowning under a mountain of applications all telling you how great they are, my specialism in sales can help you find better people with less effort in a shorter timeframe.
