I Took a Work-Free Vacation (And AI Made It Possible!)

I’ve got something a bit different for this week's newsletter - something personal and deeply connected to my journey as an entrepreneur.

Here’s the story.

My husband just turned 50! 🎉 

And to celebrate, we headed to the Dominican Republic, where we met up with our OG besties and our kid’s godparents for a glorious week of moody-tropical-beach-bliss. 

The week was one of those unforgettable times that made me so grateful for the family we’ve built - biological or chosen.

And the best part? We extended the vacation into a week of part-work-part-play in Toronto, with a full house and some intense good times. 

I was barely thinking about work 🌴✨ 

Let me tell you, that’s not something I could have done two years ago.

What Changed?

The honest answer: AI. 

Two years ago, stepping away from work for that long would’ve meant anxiety, a mountain of catch-up, and missed opportunities. Event with a full team that I could barely afford. 

But now, with the smart integration of AI in my business, I could truly relax. 

I’ve used AI to set up workflows that practically run themselves, kept the essentials on autopilot, allowing me to disconnect without fear.

From Hustle to Balance
