Online event: How registries can help tackle the global diabetes burden
On 1 October, we held an online event during which an expert panel presented an overview of national diabetes registries and data collection methods. If you missed it, watch the recording to learn the benefits of using data in clinical practice and how to leverage registry data to build policy-driven advocacy campaigns.
KiDS summer camps launched in China
The Kids and Diabetes in Schools (KiDS) programme was recently launched in China through a series of summer camps that provided psychological support for families of children with type 1 diabetes. Specialised sessions helped solidify the parent-child relationships and provided guidance on diabetes management in the school environment.
KiDS Global Survey report
Our Kids Global Survey report features key findings on the implementation of diabetes-related educational policies around the world. Based on a survey of our national member associations, the report details existing policies and programmes and identifies gaps where policy initiatives are needed.

WHO diabetes-related stigma survey
For World Diabetes Day, the World Health Organization (WHO) Global Diabetes Compact is inviting people with diabetes to share their experience of stigma and how this affects their diabetes management and well-being. You can participate by completing the online form by 6 October.
