The role, IFRS15 Project Controlling & Consolidation Professional, will involve overseeing all global IFRS15 project controlling processes. This includes responsibility for continuous optimization at both the Group and, if needed, the Site level.
- To create and ensure a company reporting structure for the area of IFRS15 and its permanent development;
- Systematic development and standardization of tools and software solutions for the area of Global Project Controlling IFRS15 including its description and rollout as well;
- Regular improvement of data quality and data correctness in the area of Global Project Controlling IFRS15;
- To ensure completed and actual documentations as for example work instruc-tions, process descriptions, training manuals, etc. for the area of responsibility at Global Project Controlling IFRS15;
- Functional and direct lead of the employees at Global Project Controlling IFRS15;
- Responsible for implementing the goals, measures and requirements derived from the Integrated Management System (IMS) in the areas of quality, envi-ronment, health and safety (in accordance with the ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and binding obligations) with due consideration to continuous improvement;
- Strategic and operational responsibility for the discipline Global Project Controlling IFRS15 (continuous improvement, efficiency increase, resource balancing, roadmap for the discipline/team);
- Development of and compliance with standards, guidelines, tools and processes;
- Project resource allocation (right capacity, right competence, right time);
- Determination, continuously adaption and assurance of the working environ-ment, occupational safety and the required working conditions (ensuring work equipment location, printer, m², environment, infrastructure, etc.);
- Responsible for internal and external audits and certifications (IATF, customer audits, ) as authorized representative of the discipline Global Project Control-ling IFRS15;
- Access to all for Global Project Controlling IFRS15 relevant documents and in-formation on the Group and site level as well;
- To request all Controlling relevant information to be able to create all defined reports;
- To create and ensure company standards and guidelines in terms of Global Pro-ject Controlling.
- Business studies Education (university) with specialization in controlling, financing or accounting;
- A solid understanding of IFRS15 standards and global project controlling processes is a significant advantage;
- Proven experience in optimizing Global Project Controlling, managing reporting structures, and ensuring data accuracy;
- Ability to create and maintain process documentation, standardize tools, and develop company guidelines;
- Experience in leading and managing teams, allocating project resources, and ensuring efficient operations, making it suitable for a Lead role;
- Knowledge of IMS, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, with a focus on continuous improvement, is considered a strong advantage;
- Experience handling internal and external audits (IATF, customer audits) and ensuring compliance;
- Strong ability to analyze data, generate reports, and implement process improvements.
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to gather and manage information;
- Familiar with project management and controlling tools, and capable of standardizing software solutions;
- Ability to manage work environments, ensure safety, and maintain necessary working conditions.
- Working schedule from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 /could be flexible/;
