I'll be at Church & Dwight in Colonial Heights, VA on Nov 30-Dec 1 to teach the Shingo Institute's Continuous Improvement Workshop.

This Shingo Institute Workshop covers the five Fundamental Principles that provide deep context for Kaizen: 1) Assure Quality the Source. 2)Improve Flow and Pull. 3) Focus on Process. 4)Think Systemically. 5) Seek Perfection.

These five prinicples create the foundation for improvement, and clarify the responsibilities of top management, middle managers and frontline emloyees to create a sustained culture of continuous improvement.

And, every workshop attendee who registers by October 31 will recieve a complimentary copy of CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, a deep dive into the principles, written for the Shingo Institute by me and three of my GBMP teammates.
