The Inside Sales Representative’s primary role is to reply/Respond to customer inquiries about our inventory / products and services we offer. Executing orders, by calling or emailing them. Communicating with potential customers, creating an invoice, taking payments, working with the graphic design team to finalize your customers print orders, answering the phones, assisting and showing walk in customers our show room, up-selling etc. Following up with your clients. You will have your own client portfolio dedicated to your account as you will get repeated orders.

To be successful in this role, individuals must be positive and energetic, and maintain a high level of activity. Strong relationship skills are a must, including the ability to establish immediate rapport and credibility over the phone.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and execute inbound lead sources / sales (can be web, email or phone).
• Maintain and update prospect and customer records in designated Wave system.
• Participate in lead generation campaigns through targeted outbound cold calls and emails.
• Showing customers the products we offer in our show room, help in their decision making and order taking.
• Punctuality, on-time work

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 or more years of demonstrated success in an Inside Sales role
• experience in Customer Service / Customer relations or similar field
• Strong ability to manage multiple client accounts and to remain calm under pressure and able to multi-task

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

• Professional and positive demeanor in dealing directly with corporate clients and customers.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Position to be based at 390 Progress Ave Unit 16. Scarborough, Ontario
• Full - Time 9-630 start Monday to Friday Spring and Summer.
• Winter season October-February You may take as much time off as you wish
• small open Industrial office space with 4-5 other staff members.
• Free Parking
• Two Weeks Training at $14 hourly rate, once completed pay rate will be to the agreed.

Experience:

• Customer Service and sales: 2 years (Required)
