The Impact of Clarity

The Impact of Clarity

In the fall of 2021, I was leading a client, the Catholic Medical Association, through their Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO). Specifically, they were discussing their Three-Year Picture. Unlike a 5-to-15-page strategic plan, this paints a picture by answering the question, “What does this organization look like three short years from now?”  One of the items the leadership team saw in the 3-year picture and captured on their V/TO was funding a $500,000 endowment. During a recent monthly check-in call, they reported that they shared the V/TO at their annual membership conference. As a result of the leadership team’s alignment and clarity, a member at the conference said they liked the organization's direction and thought they could achieve the $500,000 endowment fund a lot sooner than 3 years. The member wrote a $50,000 check on the spot as a commitment to help make that happen.

"EOS is invaluable to the continued growth of our organization!”

I always tell my clients, “You shouldn’t be surprised what you find when you tell people what you are looking for…”  You might recognize this as the law of attraction, but everyone at #EOSworldwide knows it’s all part of a proven process that starts with having a clear and compelling vision that is consistently communicated, it becomes Shared By All. Unlike so many visions that go unrealized, clear visions that are consistently communicated become 100% reality.

"EOS is invaluable to the continued growth of our organization!” says Mario Dickerson of the Catholic Medical Association.

Jim Socci - so true. Gaining true clarity is so important for leaders and many I see don't realize it.
