Importance of Food Safety Management System.

GMPs serve as a foundation for maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

·        Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): SOPs provide detailed instructions for carrying out specific tasks within a company’s food production or processing operations. These procedures cover aspects such as ingredient handling, equipment cleaning, and maintenance. SOPs ensure consistency, minimize risks, and serve as a guide for employees to follow.

·        Training and Education: A well trained workforce is vital for the successful implementation of food safety management systems. Companies should provide regular training programs to educate employees about food safety principles, hygienic practices, and the importance to established protocols. Training empowers employees to handle food safety.
