3. SharePoint Access Issues: A small number of users have had trouble accessing SharePoint sites. If you encounter this issue, try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or use a different browser. If the problem persists, please contact the IT Helpdesk for further assistance.
4. OneDrive Sync Issues: Some users have reported sync issues with OneDrive. To resolve this issue, restart the OneDrive application and ensure that your device is connected to the internet. If the problem persists, please contact the IT Helpdesk for further assistance.
