Are we headed for one Internet of Things or many? This debate will go on, and the answer for CEOs and CIOs is to focus on transformative business outcomes the IoT can deliver: reduced downtime, new customer service business models and greater asset optimization. The laggards will wait:  early IoT adoption or paralysis-by-analysis? The industrial machine space is about to be disrupted in ways never before encountered by those who grew up in it.
