While this is on the international business front, in the domain of Nursing, where India is positioned as the global talent hub, we see that many nurses need to upskill themselves and the training curriculum has need continuous updating... this is what we learn from the experts in Nursing representing academia and industry.
We, at NSN, have had an opportunity to connect with the leadership team of a 70-year old organization - Central Bharat Sevak Samaj (CBSS), dedicatedly working towards empowering youth with skills and education and we're glad to be a part of their 70th Anniversary celebrations that coincided with 75th Indian Independence Day! Besides, our team dwelled deeper in the Dual-Degree programs and explore our one of the degrees can be a Vocational Degree like B.Voc.

2yskill development is extremely difficult . It is sad that we do not get people to do physical jobs starting from Gardner, drivers.....domestic to Industrial and commercial world. My way would be to separate youth at early age say after X. No point is learning higher PCM which is not likely to be used If need be i am prepared to contribute in engineering areas

2yExcellent, Madhuri Ji, Skill is one of the Art in Life, While baby comes from Mother Womb, Skill start from Mother, Father, Teacher & Every Creations is called Human Skills, Rejuvenate Skills, Sensors Skills, Vakk Shakti, Vakk Chathurya Skills, Smiling Skills, Masculine, Feminine Skills....these are all Human Touch based Skills for Harmony in life but in Modern Skills, these are all missing in our Education & Systems. Today 65% Mental Disease in the world why? 85% Fear in this World why? There is no traditional based skills. Kindly consider it in future if not cannot get anything in this Earth.
