Innovation: Six New Products from ToughBuilt

Innovation is paramount in ToughBuilt's mission to develop revolutionary jobsite products, demonstrated once again in their recent range extension. Their strapline, 'We Don't Build Ordinary' is ever-present in the finer details of their latest inventions.

ToughBuilt recently introduced the Quickset Work Bench, the Reload Utility Knife, the XXL Rolling Hard Body Massive Mouth, Medium and XL Hard Body Massive Mouth Bags and a Medium Hard Body Tool Tote.

All of the new products are complete with a 25-Year Guarantee, as with the rest of ToughBuilt's range.

QuickSet Work Bench - TB-WB-700

Capable of supporting an evenly laid load of up to 455kg (1,000lbs) in weight, the ToughBuilt QuickSet Work Bench can be set up with exceptional speed and efficiency to create a rock-solid, ultra-practical workspace.

It employs a unique and intelligently designed mechanism which allows its robust steel legs to be deployed and locked into position in seconds, simply with a button push and a pull of a handle. After use, the legs can be retracted with equal expediency and ease using the same method, and the Work Bench can be transported with its easy-carry handle. 

As well as being strong, the new ToughBuilt QuickSet Work Bench is also smart. Its surface bristles with well-thought-out features designed to simplify life for users and to boost their productivity.

This includes multiple 20mm holes and clamping slots along with integrated quick reference measurement markings in centimetres, inches and degrees. The QuickSet Work Bench is also compatible with ToughBuilt’s game-changing ClipTech™ system of pouches.

 Reload Utility Knife - TB-H4S2-03

The ToughBuilt Reload Utility Knife features a removeable ‘quick-eject’ magazine which can be preloaded with five blades ready for immediate use. The magazine also has space to securely store 10 further blades behind a snap shut door. 

Once the magazine is loaded into the knife, a safe release button allows the knife’s existing blade to be removed quickly before a fresh blade can be driven into position with the simple slide of a thumb. The process of changing blades and of swapping an empty magazine for a new fully loaded one takes just seconds, emphasising ToughBuilt's commitment to improving jobsite efficiency with their tools.

Each ToughBuilt Reload Utility Knife is supplied with two separate magazines and a pack of five versatile straight blades and five ultra-durable hook nose blades.

Hard Body Tool Bags - Range Extension

ToughBuilt launched four new HardBody™ Tool Bags, including three new Massive Mouth™ bags, and a Medium Tool Tote. 

Each of the bags is ClipTech® compatible, extending the popular range to over 50 items, including heavy duty bags, pouches, totes, belts and accessories. The ClipTech ecosystem of products employs patented technology and has been developed to help trade professionals work smarter, faster and safer, by helping them organise their tools and equipment.

Following on from the success of the Large and X-Large Rolling Massive Mouth Bags, ToughBuilt have introduced an XXL version. The manufacturer’s largest bag to date, it benefits from HardBody construction as well as non-deflate wheels designed for off-road use. Its sheer size and volume combined with its mobility makes it the ideal choice for carrying large loads or the very heaviest tools and supplies.

The ToughBuilt XXL Rolling Massive Mouth Bag features a full width ClipTech bar which can be used to attach up to three ClipTech Pouches.

In addition, ToughBuilt has introduced two new HardBody™ Massive Mouth® Tool Bags – a Medium and XL version. These bags have a soft carry handle, and again feature a ClipTech® bar enabling different ClipTech pouches to be attached. They join the Large Massive Mouth Bag in ToughBuilt’s product catalogue.  

All three new Massive Mouth products have a patented zip opening which opens wider than other tool bags on the market - ensuring better visibility of and accessibility to their contents. 

To ensure they can cope with even the most arduous site environments, the bags are also impact tested, have a waterproof base and are made with high-quality, durable materials complete with reinforced rivets.

Finally, ToughBuilt has launched a new Medium HardBody Tool Tote. This enjoys the same rugged construction and ClipTech compatibility benefits of the Massive Mouth Bags but has a heavy-duty folding handle and an open top for even easier access.

ToughBuilt's ClipTech range now consists of more than 50 products, all compatible with the ClipTech Hub.
