Engineering advances and varying demands of customers with respect to the technologies is the need of the hour and sensing this, today the perfect choice is to stay with Puzzolana as  research and development is a part of the company’s DNA.

Here are a few things we have added in the recent times, to help deliver more effective, higher quality and cost saving technology as solution partners for the various industries that we cater to.

-      Puzzolana added new range of Jaw crushers to the crushers we already have on board. Aimed at achieving higher productivity/capacity. This is the world’s biggest size Jaw crusher. Puzzolana Jaw crusher model PJC 150128 has 900 TPH capacity, with ROM feed size to cater to boulders as big as 1 meter.

-      Single Secondary Cone Crusher PCC33150 with a capacity of up to 450 to 500 TPH of

 (-)45mm product, with a feed opening of 330 mm is also a recent addition to our machines.

-      A Fixed Shaft Cone Crusher with capacity of upto 400 TPH, armed with heavy duty antifriction bearing design has also been designed to make your job easier and save you production time.

-      High capacity Sanders to cater to the ever increasing huge volumes of sand

-      Wheel mounted crushers, accessories with Modular design for quick  installation and dismantling

While making all of these machines is one part of the job, researching and finding ways to maintain them and increase their durability is also crucial. In the process to improve the life of wear parts, extensive research has been done on the pattern of wear of the used parts and improve the chemical compositions and profiles of the Jaw, Cone and VSI crushers. This helps adjust and innovate better, especially when we know where the problem lies.
