There was a little relief in between. Industrial production grew in December, in hopes of a turnaround in the economy. Retail prices dropped in January. That relief disappeared without turning for months. Official figures on Friday said production degrowing by 1.6% in January. On the other hand, hike in retail prices have crossed 5% in February.

The signs of a turnaround in the economy are clear, and the Centre again made this claim in December, highlighting the industrial growth estimates.

Today, however, experts are asking the ministry of statistics that the economy will be boosted only if demand and investment increase. Because production will increase. So why did factory production shrink by 2%? Why or is the production of essential basic products 9.6% low for making other products? The Economic narrowing has also seen the excavation.

One month's relief has been called by many as a reflection of the accumulated demand and festive shopping. Which has again disappeared and the production of consumer goods has also fallen into allowances. According to Aditi Nair, chief economist at IKRA, there are doubts about the response from states and private sectors even if the Centre increases costs. On top of that, low and long-term consumer product production is 6.8% and 0.2% respectively. As a result, there are doubts about the return of demand.

Increased concerns over food price hike (3.87%) To increase the price rise. The regret of the concerned quarters, this has again reduced the hope of reducing interest. Which is important to get the economy back into rhythm by increasing demand.
