Brought leading CX solutions to CX World Forum

It was riveting to see customer experience finally gain the attention it deserves at the CX world Forum in January, 2024. Centro’s team, alongside our partner Genesys , had been a big part of this event, where we’ve formed many connections with organizations who share our vision of recreating customer experiences.

More than 3000 attendees came from all corners of the world to address the current push in designing customer-focused experiences - an excellent opportunity for our team to drill down into these very insights.

Celebrating our new regional office in KSA

Launching Centro’s new office in Riyadh, KSA was both a major milestone and an undertaking.   It was amazing to see so many of our customers and partners join the opening celebration. Our Saudi customers and business partners now have access to a new and dedicated team that knows the ins and outs of the industry on a local level, so we could provide an even better service, as always.
