How often does the waiter ask if everything is ok with the meal and most respond "fine thank you" even if that is not the case. Many of those customers will then choose not to return and in turn tell all of their friends. If a customer is handed the tablet as part of paying for the meal Instant Feedback gives those customers the opportunity to voice their opinions and the restaurant owner the chance to address the customers concerns immediately and encourage the customer to return again

Understanding the customers reaction at the point of consumption has got to provide the shortlst route to increased profit. I have left too many restaurants and hotels vowing never to return and they are completely unaware. No feedback opportunity
