Step 1nbsp;Log in to your National DVC account

Access: https://dichvucong.bocongan.gov.vn/ 🡪 Log in 🡪 account issued by National public service 🡪digitally signed USB 🡪 log in🡪 enter digitally signed USB Pin code 🡪 log in

Step 2 Submit application for entry approval

Select “Submit online application” 🡪type the keyword “Check and approve ccreditation personnel” 🡪select the field “Immigration” 🡪“check and approve immigration licensing personnel for foreigners entering the country enter Vietnam through electronic transactions at the Immigration Portal”

Select “Submit application”

Fill in company information in the form and attach the following documents:

1/ Model NA2;

2/ Letter of Guarantee for foreigners ‘s entry;

3/ Degrees and certificates of foreigners corresponding to working positions in Vietnam

• Enter official dispatch information, etc. in the “Dispatch information” section →
• Enter foreigner information in the “List of sponsorship applications” →
• Select Receiving Agency: Department of Immigration Management – Ho Chi Minh City →
• Download the required files in the “Other information” section → “Agree and continue” → Check the information again → “Sign the file” → “Submit the file”*
•  All downloaded files must be displayed (For example: if you have uploaded 3 files, 3 file names will appear); If it’s not enough, go back to the previous step and download again
