Internal Audit Conference: new keynote speakers announced!

The line up for #internalaudit23 is shaping up to be our best yet, with several fantastic keynote speakers now added. Here’s your guide to the latest additions to our programme.

Transformation priorities for 2024

Richard Chambers will close the Conference with insights on what 2024 will look like for the internal audit profession. Leave the Conference with sharpened insights on how to tackle some of the biggest challenges we face today and, in the future. As Chambers shares the transformation imperatives and audit, risk and compliance challenges that leaders can prioritise in 2024 to serve the board and executives in the ongoing era of permacrisis.

Here today….and gone tomorrow?

Elizabeth Honer will make the case for change in the profession by using case studies from the Government Internal Audit Agency and how its harnessing data analytics and artificial intelligence to enable internal auditors to become super-human. Honer will conclude with explaining how the global profession is preparing for change, highlighting the Vision 2035 project.

Auditing culture – the production!

Cultural weaknesses are now seen as one of the main contributing factors for an organisations failure to execute their strategy, manage risk and ensure they are treating their customers fairly. Sandro Boeri will present a novel way of looking at how to audit culture through a theatrical lens. Designed to be thought provoking and educational.
