- Fan engagement and Augmented Reality experiences: Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR): leveraging AR and VR to create immersive experiences for fans who cannot attend events physically, allowing them to virtually "attend" events, interact with athletes, and explore venues. AI-driven content creation: using AI to generate dynamic and interactive content such as highlights, analyses, and behind-the-scenes footage, which can be tailored to individual viewer preferences.
- Health monitoring and injury prevention: AI-powered wearables that provide real-time health monitoring, predicting and preventing injuries by analyzing biomechanical data are a gold mine. AI is also helpful on mental health support: AI-driven platforms for monitoring mental health, providing personalized mental wellness programs and interventions to athletes. We can also think more long term about health tracking implementing AI systems to track athletes' health over time, providing insights into the long-term impacts of high-performance sports on the body and mind.
